Work under progress

Here the process of making an artwork itself became the theme and the process was exposed to the audience through a performance and happening.The work looked like a theatrical setup and my performance included a ceremonious lighting up of fire to a loaded kiln. After the lighting, the work was let open to the audience to explore. In the normal course of art making, firing a kiln is never a part of finished work it is a process rather. I exposed the process of making to emphasize and highlight the beauty of doing an artwork.
