A chilli jam that holds its own at both a cheeseboard and a packed lunch. Made with GI-tagged, lacto-fermented Guntur chillies and a subtle note of fennel — sweet, spicy, and tangy in equal measure. Good with cheese, peanut butter, dosas, and chapati.
